Sophisticated yet understated, our estate-grown and produced Organic Herbes de Provence Olive Oil is milled utilizing the Agrumato Method by pressing early-harvest olives with our organic proprietary Herbes de Provence blend, which includes: thyme, basil, rosemary, marjoram, oregano, fennel seeds, and lavender flowers. We extract the flavorful olive oil in our mill in the heart of our Ranch located in Petaluma, California.
Always pressed, never infused, the result is a beautifully nuanced and refined olive oil, perfect for seared red meat, drizzled-over minestrone soup, or a French omelet. Milled with a blend of our 7 Italian olive varieties: Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino, Moraiolo, Maurino, Coratina, and Leccio del Corno.
